The Tower restaurant is famous for its Karoo lamb, as well as vegetarian meals prepared with produce picked fresh each day from our plot down the road. The restaurant is open 8am to 8.30pm seven days a week.
All income from the restaurant and accommodation goes directly into running the project, which is a registered not-for-profit organisation.
